A major renovation on this beautiful Motorcity rancher prompted the owners to upgrade to smart LED lighting, switches, WiFi distribution, and unified app control bringing everything together. Working closely with their contractor, Avario provided all design and project management, while the electricians installed all the equipment. By working with designers and contractors, we are able to meet owners’ expectations AND budgets.
