Whilst internships are a pathway to employment with the company, acceptance into the internship program in no way guarantees that participants will be offered a position at the end of their tenure. Participants who complete their hours and/or project(s) in full, to the satisfaction of their department manager, will be awarded a completion certificate from the company. Reference letters and recommendation letters are supplied at the full discretion of your direct sponsor.
